| Indoor: | the keeping room for gatherings of up to 20 people, living room for smaller groups, or entire house for 50 people |
| Outdoor: | the pool, informal grounds with perennial gardens or larger meadow for a tented occasion (view additional photos of gardens and meadow) |
| Combination: | a combination of indoor-outdoor venues to accommodate those with varying needs |
| Size Considerations | |

For a large event which would impact other guests, renter must rent the entire house the night before, and the night of, the event at the regular price for the season. Decisions for smaller events will be made on a case-by-case basis. |
| Catering, Tent Rentals, etc. | |
|
Owner can help with names of caterers, the rental of tents, chairs, port-a-johns (for more than 30 guests) and other event requirements. Event host will be responsible for the hiring of caterer and wait staff, plus the rental of chairs, table, tents, port-a-johns and other needs. For smaller events use of china, wineglasses and the like can be negotiated beforehand. |
