Woody Hill B&B is open year round.

Rates vary seasonally and by the number of people in a room.

Cancellation only with two week's notice; $20 cancellation fee. If within the two weeks I am able to rent the room, there is only the $20 cancellation fee. If I am not able to rent the room, you are responsible for the first night's rental charge.

No refund on early departure unless room can be rented

• Suggested check-out time is 11 a.m. Room check-in is 2 p.m. or later.  Luggage may be left for the day.
• No smoking anywhere in the house.
• Continental breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. unless other arrangements are made.
• Wireless Internet Available.
• While at the pool, children must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.
• Every attempt will be made to accommodate individual needs.

From 95 northbound:

• Take CT exit 92, turn right onto Rt. 2, right onto Rt. 78, left onto Rt. 1
• Turn left at McDonald's onto South Woody Hill Road
• 3/4 mile on right is Woody Hill B&B, at 149 South Woody Hill Road

From 95 southbound:

• Take RI exit 1, turn right onto Rt. 3, left onto Rt. 78, left onto Rt 1
• Turn left at McDonald's onto South Woody Hill Road
• 3/4 mile on right is Woody Hill B&B, at 149 South Woody Hill Rd

See Woody Hill B&B sign, or "Madison" on the mailbox at bottom of driveway.
B&B sign will reveal itself on the right hand side of the road, as you approach a sharp curve to the left.
